MyCore is a core strength group training class custom built to increases strength, tones & shape all core muscles. This is moderate to high intensity using resistance tubes & weights. Set to classic & current hits to keep you motivated to work your core and improve stability.
GRIT™ Strength is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
Pilates classes help build flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and also helps prevention of injuries. Pilates emphasises spinal and pelvic alignment, and builds core stability and strength.
