Ladies Only Area
We understand that some ladies may require a certain level of privacy and comfort when exercising. Our ‘Ladies Only’ areas, a “mini club” within our main club, include cardio equipment, circuit machines, free weights, stretching area, ladies specific machines & easy access to change rooms.
Our members can access infrared saunas in both the mens and ladies change rooms at no charge. These saunas are the latest way to improve general health, boost the immune system, help with weight loss, enhance cardiovascular circulation and assist with a host of other health benefits.
We hold several transformation challenges at our clubs each year whereby competitors commit to weeks of concentrated exercise, focused eating plans and healthy habits, all under the supervision of their own Personal Trainer. The competitive nature of the challenge brings out the best in people resulting in some amazing success stories.
